Technical Assistance Summary
The term Technical Assistance at USACE generally means we can only proceed to conceptual alternative solutions. Two primary Technical Assistance programs: Floodplain Management Services, which has to be flood related; Planning Assistance to the States, which can be anything water related.
The USACE has other programs that can result in implementation; our Continuing Authority Program (CAP) and our General Investigations (GI). More details can be provided upon request.
